Supporting Independence Programme 

The Supporting Independence Programme is a Northamptonshire Public Health service, delivered free of charge in community clinics across the county. They provide tailored support to clients aged 18 & over in several areas of their life, which may impact their every-day independence & wellbeing. Click here for more information.
