Rachel Faulkner

I have lived in Cottingham and Middleton for 19 years and consider this very much mine and my children’s home. I decided to apply to be the Parish Council Clerk in the summer of 2019 and have enjoyed being a part of the Council from an administrative role helping to keep the Council informed and up to date on changes in policy’s and following the correct legal responsibilities.
